These terms ("Terms") govern your use of zabardastapp.pk and joining the Zabardast waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. Zabardast ("we", "us") is a verified-student discount platform preparing to launch in Karachi.

Pre-launch & the waitlist

Zabardast has not launched yet. Joining the waitlist reserves your place and lets us email you when we go live and about early-access details. It is not a purchase, an account, or a guarantee of a launch date, particular features, or any specific discount.

Deals & offers shown

Any brands, discounts, categories, and offers shown on this site are illustrative examples of the kind of deals we are lining up. They are not live offers, are not guaranteed, and may change. Actual deals at launch will be shown in the app and are subject to each partner's own terms.

Who can join

Zabardast is intended for university students. The site is not directed at children under 13. You are responsible for giving us an accurate email address and for joining on your own behalf.

Referrals

You may receive a link or code to share with friends. Please share it only with people you know, for personal, non-commercial use. Any referral rewards, milestones, or early-access perks are optional, may change, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may disqualify referrals we reasonably believe are fake, automated, or abusive.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site - for example, by submitting false information, using bots or automated scripts, scraping the site, attempting to disrupt it, or using it for anything unlawful. We may remove signups or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being broken.

Our content

The Zabardast name, logo, bolt mark, wording, and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Availability & "as is"

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while we build toward launch. We may change, pause, or remove any part of it at any time, and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Karachi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
