Discounts existed. Students just never saw them.
Every student in Karachi knows the feeling: money's tight, but the deals that are supposedly "for you" are impossible to find, buried in a WhatsApp forward, or gone by the time you reach the counter. Brands want student customers. Students want to save. Somehow, nobody made it simple.
So we're building it. One app where verified students browse real offers - food, fashion, cafés, fitness, rides and more - and redeem them in ten seconds with a QR code. Free for students, always. That's Zabardast.
The rules we build by.
Students first
Free, always. Every decision starts with whether it actually helps a student save.
Real deals only
No inflated "was" prices, no fine-print traps. If it's on Zabardast, it's a genuine saving.
Trust & verification
Real students, real businesses. Verification keeps offers fair for everyone.
Made in Karachi
Built here, for here - starting with Karachi's campuses and growing across Pakistan.
We had this abroad. Pakistan didn't.
We studied abroad, and being a student there came with something we took for granted: a student price on almost everything. Food, clothes, transport, software, the cinema. You showed a card or verified an email, and the price simply dropped. It wasn't charity - brands wanted students in the door early, and students got to live a little better on very little money.
Then we came home, and it wasn't there. Not really. A handful of scattered offers, a poster in a cafeteria, a code someone's cousin passed on. Pakistani students work just as hard and have less to spend - and yet the one thing that made student life abroad affordable simply hadn't been built here.
So we're building it. Not a copy of what exists elsewhere, but something made for how students here actually live - built in Karachi, starting with Karachi's campuses, in a country where more than half the population is under thirty.
We're building Zabardast in Karachi, and we're moving fast - we're looking for people to build it with us.
A small team with a big plan.
Zabardast is built by a founding team in Karachi who got tired of watching students overpay. We're small, fast, and just getting started - and we're growing the team.
